When the battery is no longer holding a charge, there are two options:
1) Purchase a replacement headset (part: Not available at this time)
2) Use Plantronics’ Premier Repair Service to exchange for a re-manufactured unit

Re-manufactured units carry a 1 year warranty (same as for new); replacement headsets have a 60-day warranty
Pricing on a re-manufactured unit is less than a replacement headset (currently $150 vs $179 for the replacement headset)
