The new and advanced Yealink Headset Adapter EHS36 provides the technical interface between your Yealink SIP-T48S/T46S/T42S/T41S/T48G/T46G/T42G/T40G/T40P/T41P/T29G/T27G/T27P IP Phones and a compatible wireless headset. It is approved for using with major manufacture Jabra, Plantronics, Sennheiser wireless models.
The unit is easy to install, simply link EHS36 to the EXT port of the phone and, effectively `plug and play’ giving you control of your Yealink phone and the ability to answer and hang up calls remotely.
It has been especially designed to ensure maximum productivity in business applications such as receptions, call centers and general telephone use and is ideal for the Corporate, Financial, Health, Government, Educational, Industrial, and SME/SoHo market sectors.

This EHS is overly complex to set up, but works well once you manage to connect it the right way. I have worked with other branded EHS and they have a much cleaner and easier installation and set up. The included instruction manual is not much use either
However, the instruction sheet on the Headsets Direct support page is a lifesaver. It will take you though the set up step for step with pictures and our systems all worked once we followed their instructions. Thanks a lot for that. Great customer service and the reason why I buy all our headsets vie headsets Direct.

Adapter didn’t work with my Yealink T48S. I had to retire my Plantronics headset and go with the Yealink Bluetooth adapter and a new BlueParrot Bluetooth headset.

The T48S is compatible with the EHS36 as we provide them regularly to customers. Our guess is the wiring setup needs to be re-visited.
