First Time Customers
We require first time customers to have their order shipped to their credit card billing address.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Headsets Direct accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We accept PayPal as well. Purchase orders are accepted from government agencies. Net 30 terms are available for companies which purchase a minimum of 20 units ($2500) per month and have an approved credit application on file. Wire Transfers / Bank Transfer, are also acceptable.
What is your return policy?
Headsets Direct offers a 30-day money back guarantee on most core products (Unless otherwise noted as Non-Returnable), less all shipping charges. If you purchased a returnable product and don’t like it for any reason, simply call us at 1-800-914-7996 to process your return or exchange. To expedite your return and refund, please:
1. Return product in original packaging and condition with all accessories.
2. Call for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and write on outside of box .
3. Return via UPS/FedEx/USPS or other carrier with delivery confirmation.
Receiving a refund
We will process your refund within 7-14 days upon receiving your product. Once processed, your credit card company can take 30-60 days before they post the credit to your account.
Can I cancel an order?
Headsets Direct will attempt to cancel an order at a customers request. We are processing orders from numerous fulfillment centers and typically once the order is submitted electronically, we’re not able to pull it back.
What about price discrepancies and availability?
Prices are subject to change at any time and some items are limited to stock on hand. We reserve the right to refuse to honor any incorrect Internet prices as we cannot account for the occasional human typographical error.
We don’t rent, sell or distribute our customer information PERIOD!
We value the privacy of our customers and only ask for information that is relevant for the processing and shipping of orders. All information is stored on-site, is password protected and only authorized personnel have access and the ability to update your information. We send an occasional email informing our customers of new products and specials. Removal from the list is done by simply calling or replying to be removed.
