Please follow the steps below to register your headphones and file a claim,

  1. Create an account HERE by clicking the “Signup” button in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Once you’ve created your account, click “Register your products” to complete the registration.
  3. To file a claim, click “View Registered Products” and click the orange “Actions” menu beneath the headphones and select the type of return you would like to complete.
  4. After submitting your claim, you will receive an email with the next steps within two business days.
