In my previous life as a call center representative, I have used the Vista M22 Amplifier, but I always used it with batteries, not an AC Power Adapter. Of course, if you are on the phone 8 hours a day, those batteries don’t last very long. Even worse, you don’t want to be on a call with a customer and have the batteries die….and the call disconnects!
Now that I assist customers with their headset needs, I know that the Vista M22 (and the M10 and M12 also) have an AC Power Adapter that can be used in lieu of batteries. On our Internet page, we show that the M22 doesn’t come with an AC Power Adapter, because it is sold separately, but in this fast paced world we live in, we don’t always notice the small details; we just want to purchase and go. I wanted to get the information out to those of you who order online.
The part number for the AC Power Adapter is 45671-01, and it is only $9.95! You can go through a lot of batteries with the M22, and believe you me those batteries will cost a lot more over time than $9.95. The other great feature about the AC Power Adapter is it works with a few other headset systems we have, for example: The T20, S11 and S12 headset systems.
