This headset is excellent. It was an easy set up first of all. Then as for the headset itself it works great. This gives me some freedom from the phones by being able to move around but still be able to answer the phones quickly.

The wireless works very well. No wires to entangle with other things on my desk. Its great not having to try and hold a telephone receiver to my ear and try and type on the computer or look up files while balancing a phone on my shoulder.
