While we are mostly pleased with the headset, we do have one complaint. The ear pieces are not very good quality. They are flimsy & fall off both users ears all day long. We have tried using the smallest ear piece and adjusting them in every way imaginable but they still fall off. When we contacted customer service they didn't seem to have any alternatives and made us feel like it didn't matter to them that their product didn't receive rave reviews by our staff.Rating
Good quality sound; the battery lasts all day; you can retrieve calls from a good distance from the receiver and it is lightweight. Those are the things we like about the product ... now if we can just tape them to our ears it would be perfect. (Posted on 3/29/12) - Great System Review by Larry B

Great system. Paring with the HL10.Rating
Installed 2 units. One agent loves the range and freedom of going great distances. The other agent had complaints until I directed him to the 800 number that lets him fine tune the system for optimal functioning. Since then he enjoys the headset..
