This headset has very good audio quality. I am in a very noisy environment, and have had no complaints of background noise; it has good sound suppression. It was a little more bulky then I am used to but, once I got used to it, it is pretty comfortable. Beats the headsets provided, that's for sure.

We've been using these headsets for our operators for over a year now. All of the employees say they are easy to hear the callers and very comfortable for a whole 6-8 hr shift of usage.

Not impressed headest does not feel like it sits securely on my ear. There is no real sound diffrence the then cheaper versions I tried from fellow co-worker. Acutally the cheaper ear bud versions had better sound quality.
