I have a H351N Plantronics Supra headset. Recently the company I work for closed our office and I am now working out of the house. I purchased a AT&T 993 phone for my home office and used a cheap Plantronics headset from Target with the phone. It sounded like I was sitting in a tin can.Rating
So I went back to my old office and took the H351N Supra Headset tha I had been using 14 years and looked for a 2.5 mm patch cable to make it work with this phone.
Headsets Direct would not guarantee that this cable would work with the AT&T 993 phone, but it arrived today and I plugged it into the headset jack and it works perfectly.
The only comment that I have is that they could make the cable about 12" longer. (Posted on 10/26/11)
