It should be a law that everyone use a hands-free device when driving . I see people of all ages making bad moves on the highway . It scares me to think someone would choose answering a phone call over the safety of another human. I love your headset . I have explored all the features that came with it . Some times these little pieces break and then fall off & get lost. It was great to be able to replace these parts without having to replace the entire headset. Works perfectly. Also because there were 3 in this set, and the following week after receiving these, the same piece on my headset broke, and I was able to use one of them to fix it.
