Poly is taking last time orders on a first come, first serve basis, predicated on the availability of parts until June 22, 2025 and will attempt to fulfill as many orders as possible by September 30, 2025.

Poly is advising customers to buy extra units for any future needs they may have.

If Poly is unable to fulfill any of these orders, Poly will cancel the orders and notify Headsets Direct, which will refund customers at that point.

Please let us know as soon as possible and prior to June 22, if you would like to place an order, or alternatively, order online using the links in the pictures above.

FAQs:

  1. Why is HP/Poly discontinuing these headsets?   Critical components are no longer available and HP has limited manufacturing resources for the units.
  2. What if I already have units on back order?  The good news is that those customers will be first in line for the units.
  3. Will HP honor any valid warranty claims on these units after discontinuation?  Where possible, HP will replace any units with a valid claim.  If this is not possible, HP will offer a refund.  Warranty on these products is 1 year.
  4. Can you recommend another manufacturer with an equal replacement?  For wired units, another unit will be coming to market later this month and a wireless unit is expected in August.  We can put you on a list to be contacted once these are available or you can check back on our website at your convenience. Please submit at ‘Contact Us‘ for updates on an alternative product.
