Discontinuation of Poly 911 Dispatch Headsets & Amplifiers

1) SHG Updates – Wired and Wireless Push-to-Talk (PTT) amplifiers

• 12/10/2025: SHG wired and wireless PTT amps expected to start shipping early January. Available for Pre-Order

2) JPL Updates – Wired and Wireless Push-to-Talk (PTT) amplifiers

• 11/12/2025: JPL Scout 3100 wireless PTT amp is available for Pre-Order. Shipping Mid-January 2026.
  Order any quantity. Initial shipment includes (1) Scout 3100 and (1) free Icon 100-PMX headset for testing. If testing is successful, report back to us and the balance of your order will be filled. If any issues, a return label will be provided and full refund.
• 10/29/2025: JPL announced the wired 2-prong products are being manufactured with updates after the first pilot program. They have not disclosed if this second version will be for general release or another pilot program will be required. Please submit ‘Contact Us‘ and we will email you once the next phase is announced.

3) Poly Updates – Wired and Wireless Push-to-Talk (PTT) amplifiers

• 12/03/2025: CA22CD are in stock (only a few hundred) for immediate processing and shipping. (This will be the one of the last batches shipping from Poly).
• 11/21/2025: Based on Poly feedback, we will continue to take orders for H31CDs at this time with the expectation they will fill.
• 11/21/2025: SHS1890 line is officially ended. See above JPL as a possible option.
• 10/17/2025: Poly will end CA12CD & CA22CD battery manufacturing 10/31/2026.
• 9/12/2025: We continue to process Poly orders until we are informed from Poly that parts are depleted for a specific SKU.
• 6/5/2025: Poly has announced a rapid discontinuation of their 911/Dispatch Headset Line as of June 22, 2025. The affected products are listed below (***Items without pricing are no longer available***)

If Poly is unable to fulfill any of these orders, Poly will cancel the orders and notify Headsets Direct, which will refund customers at that point.
