Poly’s Exit and Product Discontinuation of Push-to-Talk (PTT) Headsets & Amplifiers

• Announcement of Discontinuation: In June 2025, Poly announced a rapid discontinuation of its 911/Dispatch Headset line, effective June 22, 2025. This exit was driven by the unavailability of critical components and limited manufacturing resources at HP/Poly for these specific units.
• End of the SHS1890 Line: The SHS1890 line was officially ended as of November 21, 2025.
• End of the CA22CD Line: The CA22CD cordless PTT line officially concluded on April 1, 2026.
• Ongoing Support for Legacy Units: While the main units are discontinued, Poly stated it would end manufacturing for CA12CD and CA22CD batteries on October 31, 2026. HP intends to honor valid one-year warranty claims by replacing units where possible or offering refunds if replacements are unavailable.
