Push-to-Talk Signup Form

1) SHG Updates – Wired and Wireless Push-to-Talk (PTT) amplifiers

  • 1/15/2026: SHG wired and wireless PTT amps are in stock and shipping.

2) JPL Updates – Wired and Wireless Push-to-Talk (PTT) amplifiers

  • 1/27/2026 – Updated: JPL Scout 3100 wireless PTT amp is available for Pre-Order. Shipping mid-February 2026.
    Order any quantity. Initial shipment includes (1) Scout 3100 and (1) free Icon 100-PMX headset for testing. If testing is successful, report back to us and the balance of your order will be filled (estimated mid-March 2026). If any issues, a return label will be provided and full refund.
  • 1/27/2026 – Updated: JPL has started their 2nd pilot program for the Scout 300 with product now shipping. An order will consist of (1) Scout 300 and (1) Scout 300a. You will need to test both amps to determine which is the optimal solution for your console. You have 30 days to submit your results via web form to JPL and request an RMA#/prepaid return shipping label to return any items. Call or submit your information via ‘Quote Request‘ to begin. After successful testing, you may order any quantity going forward.

3) Poly Updates – Wired and Wireless Push-to-Talk (PTT) amplifiers

  • 12/03/2025: CA22CD are in stock (only a few hundred) for immediate processing and shipping. (This will be the one of the last batches shipping from Poly).
  • 11/21/2025: Based on Poly feedback, we will continue to take orders for H31CDs at this time with the expectation they will fill.
  • 11/21/2025: SHS1890 line is officially ended. See above JPL as a possible option.
  • 10/17/2025: Poly will end CA12CD & CA22CD battery manufacturing 10/31/2026.
  • 9/12/2025: We continue to process Poly orders until we are informed from Poly that parts are depleted for a specific SKU.
  • 6/5/2025: Poly has announced a rapid discontinuation of their 911/Dispatch Headset Line as of June 22, 2025.

Products still available:

If Poly is unable to fulfill any of these orders, Poly will cancel the orders and notify Headsets Direct, which will refund customers at that point.

Critical components are no longer available and HP has limited manufacturing resources for the units.

The good news is that those customers will be first in line for the units.

Where possible, HP will replace any units with a valid claim.  If this is not possible, HP will offer a refund.  Warranty on these products is 1 year.

We have SHG and JPL both offering wired and wireless PTT products.
