To replace the Blackwire 8225 leatherette ear cushions:

1. Remove the leatherette ear cushions by slipping off the old leatherette ear cushions with the help of your fingers. The Foam is glued to the earpiece and should not come off
2. Slip on the new leatherette ear cushions.

Note: Be careful not to apply much force so the Blackwire 8225 leatherette ear cushions are not damaged.
