   You get a call from your boss and he request something asap. In my case Boss needed smaller size Earbuds size loops for his headset. got online and was fast to find Headset Direct and in no time found what i needed placed an order and item was shipped fast… done deal, happy Boss.

   Our office uses Plantronics headsets, and sometimes we just need to replace the earbuds or loops. This worked out for us.

   Our main office desk is up against a wall – there is a space between the desk and wall we call the abyss, because it’s nearly impossible to get anything back from it. Our headset was knocked down, and the ear bud was dropped into that crack. We needed a replacement, and fast! Headsets Direct has a super website, was able to find what we needed, and order it. In no time at all it showed up. We are very happy with the product, and with this company. Thanks!

    I love that we can order these, but I wish they would divide it up so you could order one particular size of the loops and earbuds. Delivery was wonderful, was upgraded to priority without being charged. Love it!
