Electronic Hook Switches (EHS) communicate electronically with your phone giving your wireless headset answer/end and ring alerts remotely. The use of an EHS cable eliminates the need for an HL10 handset lifter.
Plantronics has several EHS adapters, each being unique to a specific telephone and wireless product. We strongly suggest confirming compatibility with us before purchasing.

Cisco SPA 525G2 REQUIRED ITEM – I received my SPA 525G2 phone, but when purchasing the phone it needs to say that the phone will not work without an APC-45 if using with a Cisco SPA 525G2 evidently. I’ve been trying to get to the bottom of this for several days and finally have. Plantronics told me if you use their SAVI 8210M with a Cisco SPA 525G2 you must have an APC-45 in order for the Cisco phone to work properly.
