The Poly (formerly Plantronics) APS-11 Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) Cable part # Poly 37818-11 or HP 85Q78AA for remote desk phone call control (answer/end). This cable eliminates the need for a HL10 Handset Lifter.
This cable works with a variety of desk phones (Unify/Siemens, Funwerk, Auerswald, Agfeo, Aastra, DTeWe) and may work with additional manufacturers.
NOTE: APS-11 EHS cable will not connect directly to Aastra phones. You will need to purchase Aastra part number: D0062-0011-34-00 directly from Aastra.

I’ve used a lot of headsets in my time. By far this equipment is the best. Easily to install doesn’t do it justice. Someone with no electronic experience could figure this out. Directions are very easy to understand, and it’s a great price. Keep up the great work!
