Best Five Plantronics Headsets/Headset Accessories – September 2012

Plantronics 66268-03 A10 Direct Cable 1) A10 – Direct Cable – The A10 cable is one of many quick-disconnect cables that are needed to connect with the Plantronics H-Series headsets offered.  It is always a good idea to call us with the make and model of your phone so we can determine which cable will work for you.
 Plantronics HL10 Handset Lifter
2) HL10 Handset Lifter – This device is easy to set up and is what makes your wireless headset truly remote.  You can be up to 350 feet away from your phone, but without the HL10 you would need to race back to your desk to answer the call.  With the handset lifter, you simply push the button on your headset, and you are ready to talk.
Plantronics M22 Vista Amplifier 3) M22 Vista Amplifier – You might ask yourself why I need the amplifier when I can use a direct cable.  The M22 brings so much more to the table when it comes to quality of sound, adjustable microphone and speaker volume, and is almost completely universal when it comes to compatibility to your phone.
Plantronics 26716-01 Amplifier/Cisco Cable 4) Cord-to-QD Modular Plug 26716-01 – This quick-disconnect cable is primarily used for Cisco phones, as it is wired for that particular manufacturer.  There are some variances with Cisco phones, so if you are not sure whether this cable is the right one, please give us a call and we will check compatibility for you.
Plantronics 03929-63 Training Adapter 5) 03929-63 HDI Training Adapter – This is the coolest thing since flavored coffee!  This is a much quicker solution for listening and training purposes of an associate in your contact center.  Although the Y-Training Cord is what most of us are used to, this is as simple as plugging one cable into port “A” and the other into port “B”.

Replacing your Plantronics headset accessories is a great way to keep your headset performing at its best. When ear cushions tear, your voice tube gets clogged, or your wireless battery life isn’t what it use to be is the time to make your headset like new again.
