good sound quality and pretty easy to setup/use. Would be better if we did not have to buy the handset receiver separately in order to answer incoming calls when away from the phone. Product did everything it was supposed to do effortlessly: land line, mobile phone, and PC (Dragon).Rating
Only quirk is that it WILL need the lifter for this model even though our CISCO 7965 phones already have a "headset" feature. We use other blue tooth devices with the same model phone (Plantronics CS55) which does not need lifter for landline. (Posted on 12/5/11)
