Headsets Direct has a $4.00 handling charge added to orders
under $9.00 which was needed to offset our labor cost.
Many companies sell headsets but few provide the accessories
because the stocking, labor and packaging of small parts is time
consuming and costly. Because we care about our customers
needs, we opted to carry the entire line of accessories but had
to devise a way to offset money lost on the smaller orders, thus
instituting a $4.00 handling charge. We tried using the US
Postal Service, however proof of delivery and tracking
information is not available with standard mail and many orders
were lost in transit to our customers. |

We're not able to ship Plantronics headsets or amplifiers to Canada because of Canadian Government

for shipping to and from Headsets Direct.
We pay for shipping to and from the manufacturer.
