It fits perfectly on my Verizon, Motorola cell phone.  I was unable to buy it any where else.  I had bought one at an earlier time, but now stores no longer sell them.  I do not like the ones that clip on or around my ear.  It  is harder for me to hear and these annoy my ears. It fits over my head and I can use my hands to do other things.  last year my area went through Hurricane Rita.  The headset let me drive and talk.  I could hear much better than if if lifted my cell phone to my ear. - Bruce
