Thank you for your prompt attention with the purchase of my Plantronics headset 510. Even though the purchase was in December, one of the busiest times of the year, I received my headset in a timely manner. I had just purchased my Motorola Razr phone and was in dire need for a quality headset. Unfortunately lost my right arm in a motorcycle accident in 1999 and I depend on a headset if I am to drive safely. Your employees were prompt in calling me to let me know that some of the items were on back order and gave me an option of a partial shipment or wait until all the parts arrive. I choose the partial shipping. It was with in a couple of weeks before the remaining parts arrived. I did not have to call and check on my parts. Again thank you and your employees for seeing that my order was received in a timely manner and all the items shipped correctly. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful. She looked up the model phone I had and advised me that I did not need a separate amplifier if I purchased this particular headset. I was not aware of this so it saved me about 50% of what I had anticipated. She was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Headsets Direct had the product in stock and at a lower cost than the Plantronics direct website. I shopped the web because the big box stores like CompUSA, Best Buy, Circuit City, and Cingular did not stock this model. Headsets Direct has a great website and they processed my order quickly. I initially ordered from Plantronics direct, but cancelled when their distributor in NJ called to say that they did not have my item in stock.
