I have had my H51 headset and M12 amplifier for over 2 years and it has been the greatest thing for me because I have a bad neck from auto accidents and this keeps my neck straight so my arm doesn't go to sleep like it used to from holding the phone to my ear. I have friends and relatives all over the states and a real good friend, since grade school, in Canada and we have marathon phone calls lasting 3 and 4 hours, and I'm not stretching that, and it is so neat to have a product that lets me do this in comfort.
