The CT12 is much smaller than the older CT10 unit that I had. The unit has worked well and allows storing numerous pre-set numbers. The blinking light on the headset is great because it lets others know when you are on a call. The one thing that the CT10 did that no other wireless phone does including the CT12, it worked while sitting in the recharge station. That was a nice feature if you use the phone for long periods of time and the battery needs recharging. Battery life for the CT12 has not been a problem to this point. - David
