I Love my new Plantronics CS50 Wireless headset. It allows me the freedom and mobility I need to accomplish the day to day tasks at my work location. The range and clarity are great. - John

I'm truly very happy with the wireless CS50.  I appreciate receiving the different styles of headphones so I could choose which was most comfortable.  I like the fact that I can move down the hall and even into other rooms and still be answering calls.  I can have a caller on the line with me while I physically leave my desk to research something the caller asked for.  One thing I could not use was the HL10 handset lifter.  I like that it came w/the headset, since in the past I had to order the lifter separately.  The lifter didn't work because it's necessary to lift the bottom of the receiver (the speaker portion) from the base and then be able to replace it, but the lifter could not lift the speaker end high enough for me to get a dial tone.  I reverted to my old handset lifter, which is the flat pad with the long arm, and it works perfectly.  The only other thing I would change is the slim button on the headset that activates the lifter.  Since it's so small, it takes me an extra second to make sure my fingers are on the button before I push it.  I wish it were bigger.  I've never used the mute function because I can't tell if I'm putting it on mute or adjusting the volume on the headset. - Janet

My headset has come in handy uncounted times.  I walk from office to office and on different floors,  never missing a call now.  I have found the headset amazing durable too.  I have dropped in on the floor, twisted it and still it rebounds to it's original shape and condition. - Mary

Loving the product.  Had a wee bit of trouble getting it set up but the telephone support was tremendous.  The only problem I have is different customers phones react differently to the system. Some hear an echo. Others can't hear. Most problems are corrected by adjusting the volume control on the module and headset.  It's interesting.  My goal was to achieve independence in serving my customers. I have to roam the lab and archive room in order to research problems and this system allows me to accomplish that without the traditional "phone tag" when following up with the customer.  Overall, I love the system. - Karen

I love it.  The listening volume will not go a loud as my previous Plantronics hard-wire system, but the convenience and usefulness of the the new system outweighs this slight disadvantage. - Glen

I recently purchased the Plantronics CS50 headset neckband with adapters for my Plantronics headset, and I cannot tell you how wonderful it is.  It is so comfortable to wear, it doesn't mess up my hair and it stays in place all day without adjustment.  It has been a lifesaver.  You will be getting more orders, I am sure, since one of the employers in one of the other offices in my building inquired about it and I raved about it.  It is great!  Thanks, Plantronics. - Nancy
