This one does not sync up as well as the previous one I had.  It has a lot of background noise that I did not notice or get comments about with my other 640 that I lost.  The result is that I don't use it as much.  I'm rather disappointed with the way this one functions. - John

I can only use the smallest earbud.....I think you should package them so the consumer can buy more than one of the size that they need. - Jonna

I have had Motorola for years, but the volume was never adequate. The 640 is great but requires more attention to the recharging than a Motorola. Overall, I'm very happy with the 640 - Scott
