This is a great headset. Its versatility and sound quality make it an excellent choice. Used in tandem with my Treo or MacBook Pro I can be free of wires and accomplish more. The only items that could be better are the power switches on the headset and disk shaped transceiver. The transceiver's switch could be a little easier to use as there is a lack of bite on the switch's surface. - William
