I love the hands-free with headset answer and hang up.  The earpiece does not fit my ear as well as I would like, so it can fall out.  The over-the-ear piece competes with my sunglasses for ear space.  Despite these things, I do like it. - Karen

First, for years I have continually been pleased with Plantronics headsets.  This one is again a success story from Plantronics.  The bluetooth wireless feature is a perfect match with my Blackberry.  The headset sits comfortably and securely on my ear.  The sound quality is the best of all the headsets I've tried with my various cell phones previously.  Also, the simple ONE button functionality to answer/hang up and adjust the volume control puts this headset above others I looked at.  I HIGHLY recommend this headset! - Debra
