I've used Plantronics products for years now and have always been completely satisfied. I placed an order for the MX505 headset, which was a new product for me. I loved it so much that I turned right around and placed an order for a second one to have as backup. I can now leave one in my car and leave one in my office. The comfort level of the earpiece is amazing. I honestly forget I have it on. I tested the clarity myself by phoning my home phone and leaving a message so I could hear what it sounded like.
