Very happy with the headphone comfort, quality and durability (so far). I am on the phone 16 hours/day, and am very hard on headphones. I will only buy Plantronics. I usually use the M170, but I was trying to save money and decided to try a set a little cheaper. Sound and comfort are identical, the mic is a little harder to adjust (I talk too loud - just ended up moving u\it up by my eye and it was fine. The people on the other end liked it fine - no static or breaking up. Great product, and I will buy it again. - Sandy
