Before this I had used a standard H261N and it's a great headset but this one is so much better. It still has the same all-day wear ability and clarity of sound. This has a much better mic and superior noise cancelling. I absolutely love this headset.

I think the ear pieces are bulky, but sound is good.  I don't like the fact that you have to pick up and hang up the phone receiver to use the headset rather than just having a push button system.  That's really awkward and hard to get used to.
