The sound quality is so clear and the volume can be turned up loud enough that even in an loud and very active office, we can hear the person on the phone with no problem and with the noise canceling, they can hear us just as well. SupraPlus headset: Good comfort, but variable results - MKS from Flagstaff, AZ
This is a very comfortable headset, and I bought two - one for my office and another for my home-based phone.  The one attached to my Polycom phone works fine even without an amplifier.  Surprisingly, the one hooked into my Meridian phone has some volume problems, in that people routinely say they can barely hear me.  An amplifier may be needed, and I will try that as my next step.
