This is a great headset and with a few twists it can be changed from the right or left ear. The earpieces (foam covers) had to be replaced after four years of daily use, but the actual headset is still working great.

This model is comfortable. I am a video relay interpreter and wear my headset the entire time I am at work. I can hear my customers clearly and they seem to hear me well.
