After using this headset every day for 3 years some of the plastic cracked so I purchased a replacement headset from Headset Direct for approximately 1/4 the price of the total set-up (headset, charger/transceiver, phone hand set lifter).  This headset is amazing.  I can walk around my home, the batteries last all day (rechargeable) and the noise canceling is excellent as I've been told by people on the other end of the line.  The controls including hanging up from the headset, mute and volume are all intuitive.

This headset is comfortable for extended periods of time.  I have poor hearing so the double sided ear pieces makes it less distracting while on a call.  There is less outside interference.  The battery in the headset lasted 2.5 years before needing replacement.  Others have said that the microphone is clear and voices are easy to understand.
