I am very happy with this product. I am primarily using this product for softphone VoIP applications. The sound quality that I hear in the headphones sounds great. I am told that my voice sounds fantastic at the other end of the call. People do not know that I am using a soft VoIP phone on my laptop. I believe that the DSP circuitry is the reason why the sound is so good. As a long time user of Plantronics CS50, I am continually happy with their products and recommend them always.

I absolutely love this headset, and I've tried quite a few. Has noise cancellation, and is digital quality stereo sound. I wasn't surprised that when I Googled around, I read that the astronauts even take Plantronics to the moon. :-D Well, was a little bit, lol. Ear foam pads are quite cushy, and I never get ear fatigue. Not too tight on the head, and are easily adjustable. Super.
