I've had a different headset before, it just wasn't right, it wouldn't fit right, but I compared and compared and I finally settled on the Plantronics Bluetooth which works wonderfully. The sound quality is superb and so are all the other features!!!

The greatest feature of this model is the charge pocket which vibrates when called.  If you are in a noisy surrounding, you don't need to hear your phone ring.  The pocket vibrates to let you know you have a call.  This means you don't have to go around all day with an earphone in your ear and you can still reliably answer your calls.  Although there are some issues with using the headset in some extremely noisy surroundings, the convenience of its features more than make up for that one issue.

This headset was good at first although the noise canceling abilities seem to be non-existent.  The earpiece regularly falls out, and has already needed to be replaced once.  It doesn't seem to get any better reception than models half the price.  If you are considering buying this model.  Think again and just save yourself the money.

I've had this Bluetooth about a year now and the only negative is the earbuds have a tendency to break.  There is a small plastic piece that holds the soft gel earbud locked that will break if the unit is not handled right.  I've replaced the earbud about 3 times in a course of a year.  Other than that, I couldn't beat the performance.  I've owned just about every other brand on the market and none have came close to this Bluetooth.

Got this headset as a gift and immediately began to dislike it.  None of the soft gel ear pieces fit my ear well enough to use.  The ear hook keeps falling off the small lip it sets on and holds the headset away from my face rather than close to it and it fits a little better without the ear hook in place.  The soft gel ear pieces continually fall out of the headset as well and the one that is closest to usable is always being lost and searched for.  Generally, it's too expensive and poor fitting.  I also found the included charging components are somewhat strange and a pain to use.  An AC adapter is NOT included in the package but a car adapter and a USB charger are.  On the up side, the sound quality is good.  Try it for fit before you buy.
