I think I have the 510 model.  This is great!  I can pull a file while talking on the phone to the customer.   I paid for this with my own $ and did not ask my employer for reimbursement.   I work in a small office with 4 others and have to do a lot of "multitasking".  The range is short-30 feet, which is okay with me as my office is a 100 plus year old home.  The only complaint I have is that it starts beeping after about 5 hrs in my ear--I think it's the battery.  Whenever I call Headsets direct everyone is helpful.   I really appreciate getting a "live person" to speak to instead of having to leave a message on voicemail.   Thanks again for the wonderful service you guys provide.
