A20 / S20 Amplifier Reset

Make sure the rocker switch on the left is set to 3 (The side of the slash with the 'o' should be at 1 o'clock)

While in Headset model press and hold buttons in this order
1. Mute
2. Headset/Handset bar
3. Mode

Hold these till all the LED lights start to flash

Release all buttons.

This will reset the unit back to factory default
