I am very pleased with my SupraPlus Headset. I was so confused when I started to look for a new headset and was about to give up on the online purchase and try and find something in a store. And then I called Headsets Direct and I'm so glad I did. Not only did Kathy help me choose the right headset for me, but she went above and beyond. She had to call me back a few times to get the right headset for our new phone system but she was so easy to talk to no pressure to buy something to expensive or more than we needed. The Headset is great! The sound quality of my conversations is amazing. And the quick disconnect is perfect for me. I'm at the desk a lot but have to run around at a moments notice and I don't have to remove the headset just quickly disconnect. And when ready to come back I’m ready for a call in a matter of a second. I paid less than I would have on another site and got better Customer Service and a great product. The sound is very clear and it is as if you are speaking to the person face to face. Very impressed with the style and comfort. The fittings are very secure as well. When placing the order I was given full information on all of the items I would be receiving and by doing this it was brought to my attention that one component I already had and did not need so the cost was reduced.
