Rating I have had this one for eight years. I started using one when I worked for NASA in 1984. By using the Versa tip ear tip, I have comfort and noise reduction. I plan on keeping this one another eight years, hopefully longer since Headsets Direct carries replacement ear tips and voice tubes. Plantronics there is no substitute!
