Rating I purchased from Best Buy in FL. 2 months ago and now every time I'm making phone calls other people cant hear me and all the hear vibration sounds or just silence, I drained the battery and recharged it to get it work again but that's only work for the first 2 phone calls, after that would go back again without sound for other people to hear. I regret I can't return at Best Buy.

Rating Comment: I would like to say that I had received one of your products as a Christmas gift in 2009. It's functionability is impeccable. I had dropped the Plantronics Explorer 233 from my pocket while plowing snow from my driveway this winter. (2011). I searched for the device to no avail. I went the next day ( early January 2011) and purchased the Plantronics Explorer 240.
I was plowing the driveway again on March 11, 2011 and after the snow plow had gone down my street, I noticed something black laying at the end of the drive. Upon investigation, I realized it was the # 233. The device had been buried in over a foot of snow, been outside in sub zero temps, went through several snow melts and over 6'' of rain.
I took the device inside, plugged it in for several hours. I was very anxious to see if it would work. I made severals using it to find out the device was STILL perfectly clear.
I just wanted to thank you for making a virtually indestructable piece of equipment.
There is no other Bluetooth device I will ever own other than a Plantronics...
