Rating After trying numerous Bluetooth products from other vendors, I have found that using the 640e and it's accompanying accessories is the best purchase yet! It fits snuggly in my ear as I have a choice of 3 sized ear gels. The use of the ear loop assists in holding the bluetooth in place during windy situations. The Storage Case, Headset, Headset Charger, AC power charger, and the Vehicle Charger Adapter make the whole experience pleasant. Hats off and Cudos to the people at Headset Direct for carrying these essential products

Rating I am not happy with the ear wire that goes around the ear. I find that it pops the ear bud off and the earpiece falls off. I like the security of the ear wire but nothing keeps it secure. My friend tried it on his and he had the same problem.
