  A: On the bottom of the Base, you will find the date code. It will look something like this:
  BL713984= B is for the Base, the 2nd Letter = the month the unit was manufactured; A=Jan, B=Feb, C=March, D=April, E=May, F=June, G=July, H=Aug, I=Sept, J=Oct, K=Nov, L=Dec. The first number in the group = the year [...]

• Q:I bought a replacement headset, part 45647-03 in May of this year. Why does it only have a 60 day warranty?
