Plantronics continues to experience increases in production and shipping costs and on October 1, 2009 announced a distributor price change to H-series professional corded headset voice tube models and wireless headset spares. New pricing is effective as of December 1st, 2009. Accordingly, Plantronics is increasing distributor pricing for voice tube models of its H-series Professional Corded Headsets and its CS50™, CS55™, CS70N™ and SupraPlus® Wireless headset spares in US and Canada, effective 12/1/09.
Q: Can I use the Y-Training cord on my computer for training purpose?
A: If you are using a USB adapter, like one of the DA series and an H series headsets, you can use the Y-Training cord. Unplug your H series headset from the DA adapter, plug the training cord into the DA adapter and then plug two H series headsets into the training cord.
Q: Do all of the Plantronics H Series headsets use the same voice tube and ear cushions?
A: Some of the headsets do share the same voice tube and ear cushions but not all of them. The best way to find out what accessories your headset will need, is to look up your item on our website and then scroll down the page to see the list of accessories we carry for your headset.

A: There are a couple of ways: If you are going through the sound board, you will need part # 28959-01, a quick disconnect cable with two 3.5mm leads (one for the mic & one for the speaker). If you are connecting through a USB Port, you can use any of Plantronics’ USB Adapters (DA40, DA45, DA55, DA60) also available through our website: www.headsetsdirect.com.

A: Yes, you will need an adapter for the USB connection, any of our “DA” series adapters will work or the computer soundboard cable (item 28959-01).

A: Any of the H Series Headsets will work with the CA12CD.
