Using a Plantronics Wireless Headsets in Tech Support Center.
Problem:
I have been tasked to obtain Plantronics wireless headsets to test in our network tech support center. This is what I need the wireless headsets to accomplish:
Noise cancelling microphones
Great sound quality on both sides
Good battery life (at least ten hours)
Changeable batteries (after life of battery has died)

I need a headset for work that will do the following -
1) Plug into a Cisco VOIP phone (the standard one you see everywhere)
2) Greatly amplify volume (so for example, if the call is very hard to hear even with phone's volume blasting, headset would further amplify sound)
