The new CS500 units have a sleek new look and improved performance with the same great reliability as the older CS series headsets. Plantronics will be discontinuing the CS55, CS55H and SupraPlus Wireless (CS351N/CS361N) product lines.  Going forward, please transition to the CS500 Series product line which are now available. The last ship date for these products will be December 31, 2011 (or while supplies last).
