This is not an issue caused by the Calisto Pro, but by changes that were made in the new Mac OS versions. We have not been able to identify a viable solution that allows us to support Skype calling for Mac beyond the versions supported today (Mac OS 10.4 up to 10.5.6). The Calisto Pro will work with Skype on a Mac if users do not upgrade to 10.5.7 or later versions. This issue does not exist for Calisto Pro users who are using Skype with a PC.

A: Yes, you can use the Calisto Pro headset with the Dragon software, and I think that DNS and Plantronics even put together a retail package that included the Calisto Pro headset and a BUA-100 bluetooth adapter with the DNS software. If your pc already has Bluetooth then you can just use the Bluetooth headset, if it doesn’t you will need a USB Bluetooth adapter such as the Plantronics BUA-100.
