We often have customers in need of accessories for Plantronics computer headsets.  In the past Plantronics has offered most accessories for their computer line of headsets.  With their latest line of computer headsets, the .Audio series, they have changed  their strategy and decided not to made the accessories available.  We’re not sure if this is a permanent change or only with the .Audio series.  At this point, if you need to replace your ear cushions or loose your clothing clip, you will need to do without until it’s time for a new headset.

A: If you have a newer, IP Phone System, wide band headsets will provide improved audio quality and clarity. If you don’t have a phone system that is wide band, purchasing a wide band headset may not result in a noticeable difference for you.
