Problem: Where can I find Plantronics accessories for my Plantronics headset? I have tried looking for Plantronics accessories in stores and no one seems to carry them.  I have also looked on the Plantronics web site for Plantronics accessories but they don’t show the parts that I am interested in.

Plantronics-AccessoriesSolution: We get lots of calls from people who have purchased a Plantronics headset and they need Plantronics accessories, or replacement parts, but the store where they purchased the headset doesn’t carry them.  We feel your pain, and at Headsets Direct, we believe it is important to carry Plantronics accessories for every headset we sell.   We are a large, stocking distributor and we do our best to keep them in stock for the convenience of our customers.

On our website at www.headsetsdirect.com, we try to make it easy for you to locate the Plantronics accessories or replacement parts you are looking for.  The “key” to quick and easy shopping on our web site is to know what Plantronics headset you have.  On our home page there is a teal green column on the left side of the page.  At the top of the column is a “google custom search box”.  Just enter the model number of the headset you have and hit search.  A page will open offering several matches to your search.  Select the best match; click on it and it will take you to an entire page that is all about your headset.  You will find all of the Plantronics accessories and replacement parts for your headset at the bottom of the page.  If you aren’t certain which accessory or part you need, you can click onto the part number at the left and (for most parts) there will be a picture of that part available to look at.

However, if you would rather talk to a real person, rather than order off the computer, just give us a call!  We have real, live, customer service specialists available Mon-Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and they will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have.  If we don’t have the Plantronics accessories you are looking for in stock, we can get it from Plantronics for you.
