Q: Will the PC/Phone Headset Switch work with my Cisco Phone?

A: The PC/Switch (part # 05344-42) will work if you're plugging a headset into the phone's handset port.  For example, most wireless headsets using a handset lifter will work fine.  The PC/Switch will not work if you're plugging your headset into the headset port and using a pre-programmed headset button.  This port is wired backwards from traditional wiring thus not allowing corded headsets with a direct connect cable to use the PC/Switch.
